10 Quick and Easy Things to Bake

I am so excited about this post because baking is one of my favorite hobbies! Baking has kept me busy throughout the past few months of quarantine and I've come across some great recipes that my family and I have really enjoyed. I'm sure we have all been in a time crunch when baking, so this post is dedicated to giving you some great ideas and recipes to bake, even when you don't have much time.

Milkshakes

I found a great recipe for a vanilla milkshake on Allrecipes. At the time I had no vanilla ice cream and I was really in the mood for a milkshake, so I searched for a recipe without it. This recipe was made with just ice, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. It took no longer than five minutes and it tasted amazing!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

I honestly just found this recipe on the back of the Reese's Peanut Butter Chip bag but I have never had a better cookie! I am a huge fan of chocolate peanut butter ANYTHING and I definitely recommend if you are too. They were so soft and peanut buttery! You can also find this recipe on Hershey's. I recommend baking them the minimum amount of time because they will continue to bake on the pan after taking them out of the oven.

Cake Pops

Cake Pops are super simple! I just bake a cake mix, crumble it up, and then mix it with some frosting and roll it into balls. Sometimes they fall apart so I recommend putting them in the fridge before putting them on the stick and coating them in chocolate.

#7

Ice cream

Ice cream sounds like a difficult thing to make, but it's really not! Especially if you have an ice cream maker. My ice cream maker is from Cuisinart.

#6

Brownies and Blondies

Either by using a mix or by making them from scratch, they never fail to satisfy!

#5

Chocolate chip cookie cake

I made my brother a Cookie Cake for his birthday since he isn't a huge cake fan, and he loved it! It's a great alternative to cake and is delicious! I found the recipe I used on Sally's baking Addiction.

#4

Snickerdoodles

I LOVE snickerdoodles, and honestly, I haven't made them in a while. After writing the rest of this post I might have to go make a batch!

#3

Popsicles

Homemade popsicles are always delicious, and a healthier option!

#2

Muffins

I love Muffins! They are so easy and there are so many types of them! I'm not sure why but I especially love mini muffins. Maybe because they are bite sized?

#1

Bars

Any type of bar is awesome in my opinion especially if it is no bake! That way you can just put it together and eat it!

So, I hope this helped you out and gave you some ideas of quick and easy things to bake!
